RecruiterConnect is a professional networking tool that provides access to recruiter contact information and LinkedIn profiles. Our Service allows users to search for recruiters by company and location, and unlock contact details using a credit-based system.

3. User Account and Credits

To use our Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. Upon registration, you will receive 3 free credits. Each credit allows you to unlock one recruiter's full contact information, including email and phone number (when available).

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Additional credits may be purchased through our pricing plans
• Credits do not expire but are tied to your account
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RecruiterConnect only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data obtained through the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the data for purposes other than professional recruitment networking

5. Data Sources and Accuracy

RecruiterConnect aggregates publicly available information from various sources, including LinkedIn profiles. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Users should verify all information independently before taking action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RecruiterConnect, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by RecruiterConnect and protected by intellectual property laws. The data provided through our Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECRUITERCONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
